Only then did I realize that I had shifted three days into the past of a parallel universe. It was extremely confusing and I thought my phone was glitching but both my siblings’ phones were saying the same thing. It was the 7th of June when I went to take the nap meaning my phone should have shown me the 8th of June as the date. Then the following night at 1:00 AM I was talking to my siblings only to see the date being the 5th of June (in Germnay) meaning after I had taken the nap and woken up it had been the 4th of June. It was night time around 2:30 AM and I went to sleep after that. An hour later I woke up in my bedroom again and thought I hadn’t shifted. I was laying comfortably on my carpet with my headphones in and dozed off after a while. I made a subliminal two days ago and listened to it while taking a nap. You want to say all these to help your brain shift you to your dr and try not to say dr when affirming and saying the whole word desired reality saying it in your head is best but outloud is also fine.I’ve already posted this experience somewhere else before but forgot to post it here too, so here you go. i can feel myself shifting to my desired reality i am going to shift to my desired reality the universe and i have an amazing connection SAY THESE AS MANY TIMES AS U WANT THORUGHOUT THE DAY AND WHILE SHIFTING These are all trusted and safe sub makers i know for a fact now were going to be talking about affirmationsĪffirmations are things you say out loud or in your head to prep your mind to shift you do it while trying to shift and also do it throughout your day to help when you do try and shift they are just things that you say to help.
